Service Advisor (MAT Cover)

The Role:

We are looking for an Experienced Service Advisor for our Bosch Mechanical Workshop as Maternity Cover Position

Main duties:

• Meeting and Greeting customers and building exceptional customer relations.
• Answering Telephone and dealing with all queries
• Booking in and check in vehicles 
• Monitor labour availability and maximise booking in times.
• Ordering in parts as advised by the workshop technicians
• Manage monthly stock checks
• Daily reporting to management
• Supplying reports to accounts

• Have the ability to organise schedules and manage any conflicting demands
• Work to targets individually and in a team
• Proficient IT skills
• Preferred interest or knowledge of the motor trade
