Welcoming Our New Apprentice: Louis Joins the Four Elms Team

We’re delighted to introduce Louis, who has just begun his apprenticeship journey with us here at Four Elms Service Station – EuroRepar Car Service & Repair Centre. Louis will be working towards the Stellantis Autocare Technician Level 2, and later Level 3, and he’s already off to a brilliant start.

When we first advertised the apprenticeship, we offered up to 15 hours of driving lessons to help the right candidate get on the road. As Louis had already passed his test, we redirected that support into something even more valuable a brand new professional toolbox and tool kit worth over £1,000.

A huge thank you goes to Barretts Group – Distrigo Parts Hub, who not only helped supply the tools but also generously topped up the fund to ensure Louis is fully equipped for success. Partnerships like this play a vital role in helping us invest in the next generation of skilled technicians.
